Ready-to-Sell (RTS)

  • Fully constructed and operational projects

Ready-to-Build (RTB)

Projects with all prerequisites completed, including:

  • Land
  • Necessary preliminaries for construction, like permits and licenses, are fully completed

Greenfield Projects

Customised projects tailored to meet specific investment objectives. We guide these projects from inception through the RTB phase and, if desired, to the RTS stage.

Greenfield projects offer an ideal investment structure for those seeking flexibility and customisation. Unlike traditional investment models, our phased payment approach allows investors to contribute funds as the project progresses through different stages. This structure minimizes upfront costs and aligns payments with tangible project milestones. To initiate a Greenfield project, we require only a minimum of 10% advance payment of the agreed upon MW price, making it an accessible option for a wide range of investors.

We offer two types of Greenfield investments:

  • Municipal Partnerships:
    • We collaborate with local municipalities and utilise their designated energy project lands
    • We develop these lands from the ground up to the required phase, as per the investor's requirements
  • Custom Land Acquisition:
    • We identify and secure appropriate lands based on investor requirements
    • We develop projects to the desired phase
